Review for Huntclub Apartments

apts were built in the 60's and it shows. rents keep going up and though they advertise ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED,..they have assessed a gas increase charge that states if you don't pay you will be evicted. The parque floors are in horrible disrepair from water damage caused by leaking air conditioner units. Mold and mildew run rampant. Property managers have changed 4 times in 5 years No playground for the kids ( it was so old and dangerous they tore it down.) Tennis courts have ripped nets and grass growing on the court. THIS PLACE NEEDS ATTENTION!
