I've lived in 9 different properties in 11 years. After 16 months at PBF I can honestly say it was the best of all. I swore I wouldn't move before I bought a house and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm getting married and we couldn't orchestrate a transition into a bigger apartment at Pohlig in the timeframe needed. The property manager is amazing. The units are comfortable and functional. I loved my place. I don't wish to idealize it. It's a loft in an urban setting. Motorcycles may pass your window and if you opt to park on the street you might have to hike 50 yards. But all of that is par for the course and this place covers all the bases.
