Do not rent with bill jefferson. he doesnt care about anything of anyone you will have a horrible time living there. I have had a leak in my ceiling since i move in 5/06 almost 3 months later. My floors are buckling because of the a/c leaking that never got fixed. RIVER CITY is horrible dont rent with them. If you dont take my advice you will regret it.
