Once you sign the lease they couldn't care less about you. I've had serious maintence problems, and they never are addressed in a timely manner. Glass was broken out of front door- took over 3 months to fix. Hot water was always going out. Spent one weekend in Nov. without. Serious problems with AC.

Managment will NOT return phone calls. DO NOT RENT FROM RIVER CITY!!!
