I just wanted to say that I really like these apartments. I've read some of the other reviews and many were'nt happy with the management. So far I haven't had a problem with the management everyone has been very friendly and any problems we've had have been addressed extreemely quick.
The townhomes have been remodled inside and out and are really starting to look good. The place has changed a lot just since we've moved in.
The only problem i've had so far is the parking. Although I read another post that said it cost $50.00 for a second visitor pass, that didn't happen when I asked for one. Actually not only did they give me a visitor pass but a 3rd permenant pass as well. That helps since there isn't many spaces to park in. Many MANY nights i've come home from work and had to park WAY away from my building.
Other than that things here are very good. Rent is reasonable and the area is nice. Although with the way they are fixing up the grounds and outside apearance I do think they might raise rent soon, though I wouldn't mind too much if its a fair amount! Hope that helps!
