I've lived here for two years, and for the most part have had no problems. Parking is occasionally a problem, though I can always get a spot within our "area." My biggest problem with parking is that people (usually people who live in the complex, but not in our "area" ) is that they park in the middle of the lot, blocking spots close to our apartment. Noise is an issue, but that is a given with shared walls. Since our neighbors moved out on both sides last month, it's been extremely quiet. The problem is that since our neighbors moved out, we've seen an abundance of roaches, and can't seem to get rid of them. I've asked the office to send an exterminator, but I noticed when I mentioned it that the guy didn't write anything down or make any note of it. It didn't seem to be a high priority. The other maintenance request I made at the same time (leaky bathroom sink) was dealt with within a day. I have a large dog, a "dangerous" breed (though he is not dangerous), and they allow, and even welcome him, since he is registered with the office and I pay the $20 a month for him to be here. He is the main reason why we are still here, as it is difficult to find apartments that allow Doberman Pinschers. The roaches are becoming a major priority for us, though... I will try again on Tuesday.
