This place is a joke. It's absolutely ridiculous. I have NEVER experienced the kind of management as I have here. I'm locked into a lease that I can't break (I can't afford to). The office staff would rather lounge around the clubhouse than answer the phone. Just today I tried calling the office 6 times, my fiance had to walk over and their sitting on the couches talking. Maintenance may come quickly, but the work is half-assed. Their idea of fixing things is "tinkering" with it, even though it's been in this apartment since the looks of it, the early 80s. When I moved in in 2004, my mother and I walked through the apartment, wrote down the things we thought needed repairs, and we had an entire page. Shouldn't that be taken care before a new tenant moves in?!? And isn't it the management/maintenance's responsibility, not the tenants?!? When that list was handed over, only a few things were marked off as checked and fine, or now working. Yeah right! My dishwasher has leaked from day one! I got sick of requesting it be fixed that now I have to lay down towels instead. The quality is not worth what they ask in rent in each. Their website is deceiving, even their clubhouse. Even when you drive into the complex, it appears to be a well kept nice environment. But once you pass the office, it's a different story. Landscape is not kept up at all, and there is barely enough room for two cars to pass through at one time. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
