Review for Sundance Station Apartments

Not all of these buildings are renovated. Our first place was not, and while it wasn't god-awful, it felt very 70s (low ceilings, old-fashioned windows). the new place has a similar design, but the kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances (stove, fridge and microwave) and dark-colored wood cabinets. Full-sized washer and dryer are convenient. This complex seems to be full of mid 20-30-something working professionals. There are no loud parties (in either of the buildings I lived in) and no big problem with pets. Management is pleasant and I got my deposit back on my first place without a gripe. A very nice place to live.
