Review for The Lofts At Canal Walk Apartments

The management is very poor. Non of the common areas including: hallways, stairways, front entrances, fitness facilities, restrooms, laundry room are maintained. There are bugs on the walls, mold on the floor boards, beer bottles left around in the stairways, hallways need re-painted.

If you want something fixed, don't plan on them actually putting in a request for it to be done. There customer service is not pleasent, friendly, or helpful in anyway.

I would NOT suggest living here simply because you have to dear with such poor management.
