Review for The Timbers Apartments

When I moved in there were holes in the wall that were never fixed. I called them repeatedly to have it fixed and finally I gave up and hung things on the wall anyway. The trash compactor is always broken or never emptied and it stinks. In there favor they did just build a new ramp so the rails aren't broken anymore, and the rusty nails are gone. The outside lighting is terrible and its very dark at night. The maintenance staff is incompetent and I once had to call them three times in way day to fix my air conditioning because they couldn't seem to get it straightened out. The staff here is incompetent and disrespectful. Whenever you have a concern or problem they won't look you directly in the eye when they are speaking with you. My lease is up August 31st and I won't be here a second longer. There are hundreds of places that are better than this one in Richmond. Look elsewhere.
