Been here 2 months and so far I love it. From the start of my search for affordable living, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Before moving I did read other reviews which made me a little liery so I inquired about my concerns and learned that the turnover of the staff was actually do to promoting them to other communities, because this was more of a training site. So even if the face isn't the same I still have received great service. One more point I'd like to make is that all my maintenance request have been promptly filled.
Although I like here alot, there are a couple of negatives I have, but its just my opinion, The first one is.... the walls are super thin. I hear my neighbors alot. and sometimes it sounds like there actually in here with me.(LOL) and second is... its outside appearance isn't the most attractive. However, overall for the Money that I pay..I AM VERY HAPPY, cause the inside of my apt. looks great!!

I lived in a studio last year. moved there to get away from a roommate. The studios are all basement like units, underneath other people. They are pretty large for a studio, but mine was usually damp like. Still the community was really nice and I did really like living there - I was so close to everything.
