Apartment Reviews for Cross Creek Apartments - Richmond

I have been in my apartment only a short time. I have not lived in an apartment in about 12 years so this was a change for me. The grounds are very well maintained and inviting. Its well lit and several police officers live in the complex. The features are pretty basic... no pantry or linen closet... but the water pressure is great and there is not a lot of noise. The neighbors that live above me are very loud though. This is a big downfall and its very disappointing. Other neighbors tell me they cannot hear their neighbors above them so I guess just my bad luck. It happens. They sound like cattle and its only two of them. The apartment was not the cleanest when I moved in but after my own laborious efforts, its nice. They were very skeptical to let me see inside an apartment and told me they were fully booked. I dont believe this after being there now for several months. Management is friendly. Overall, the price cant be beat for the grounds, the location and the safety factor.
