Apartment Review for Georgetown Apt

I would give it a zero but they only had "1's"...

I completely agree with the previous posting about the new management. They are completely unprofessional and some in the office are way too unprofessional to be managing anything. One person in the office was on her cellphone (more than once) taking personal calls while I was there trying to get help on a maintenance issue. And getting a returned phone call from someone there, or getting them to pick up? Forget about it.

(And) make sure you look at your actual apartment first. They will try to sell you on the model by telling you that all of the apartments look like the model. Trust me, they do not. The model is updated. Many of the 40 year-old apartments are not. Management is not honest and is very accusatory towards residents whenever a complaint is brought up.
Again, the office staff has been incredibly unprofessional and a complete and utter nightmare to deal with, if they deal with you at all (they do not return phone calls, even in emergencies). Maintenance is even worse. I was told by one maintenance guy that someone just left last week from the staff. It used to be nice, but the resident quality has definitely changed.
I would highly recommend not moving in here at this time. I wish someone would have told me before I moved here, but I am trying to make the best of it.
