Apartment Review for Heritage Pt./ Space Properties

I wish someone woulda warned me about this company/property before I rented here.Everything sounds and looks good up front.No hassles about jobs, prior rental ref's..deposit based on credit score,NO pet breed-restrictions.
All contact is done via e-mail or by mail.Nothing personal about it at all.Old property..redone to give impression of "eclectic living"..
A few months after move in welcome the ROACHES and dont expect anything done about it!! Break-ins..Vandalism..Bad plumbing & leaks due to it. Dog owners cant control their pets & dont care.
p.s.-the tenants are responsible for cost of all repairs.Non-Negotiable.
