Apartment Reviews for Hickory Creek Apartments - Richmond

I have lived in this community with my family (husband and 1 yr old) for about 7 months. We love it there. There is a bit of noise on the weekends, but that is nothing that the community can help, it is called bad neighbors. They are very catering to our needs. They do control complaints, if you complain, which is great to know. I love the floor plans, they are very large and spacious, all upstairs apartments have bay windows, which makes the space larger, I would, and have reccomended this place to live to close friends, family and coworkers. We plan to stay until we buy our first home together! <P>

Rude Maintainenance !! Have no idea whats going on !! Please threaten if things need to be done !! <P>

I've lived here for about a year. The apartments are really nice and spacious. Maintenance is very quick to respond to problems. My only complaint is the parking, it is horrible. Otherwise a very nice apartment.
