Hilliard Road Apartments rests on Hillard Road, off of Route 33 and near I-64. Tenants can take the Richmond Staples Mill Station or the numerous buses for traveling around the area. The Staples Mill Shopping Center and the Dumbarton Square Shopping Center are in the neighborhood and are great for shopping and eating out. Occupants speak highly of the location and the nice office staff, but report appliances malfunctioning and would like to see them updated.
