Not having to go to the laundry mat is great. It's very convenient having washer and dryers in every building.

OH HOW NICE SPRING IS COMING. MORE HOLIDAYS TO DECORATE MY BALCONY. I ALWAYS KEEP IT LOOKING NICE BUT LIKE TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT EACH MONTH.

Such nice apartments. Staff is wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice place for children.

I have lived in Hunt Club for three years and I love it. Great community, very quiet and clean. Nice people and staff. When you need something fixed in your apartment they would come very fast. The apartment floor plans are very good size for the price and it's worth it if you have small children and want them in a good environment. You won’t regret it! This place is A+ community.

I love this place. This apartment the best one I ever rented. The location is great with shopping centers very close by.. Everything you might need just in one minute. This is a very safe and quite community. . I will highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!!!

I had a minor issue that needed some maintenance and fixing. When I informed the staff at the office, they promptly noted it down and ensured that it was fixed and they were really nice about it. I really appreciate how the people work here, even when they are super busy and swamped.

I am still really glad to have a nice apt. to live. I would like to thank you for understanding as to why my rent is late this month.

Not only does Hunt Club have outstanding management and maintenance, they are also one of the best maintained properties in Richmond. They don't have all the "extras" that some people want, but you aren't paying for those things either. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have referred many of my friends who have also moved in. I thought that this might be helpful to those of you who may be relocating to this area. Hunt Club was and is the very first apartment ive lived In since ive been on my own and I must say I am very pleased with this place. Its very spacious and the neighbors are really friendly. I definetely give Hunt Club 5 stars ! (E.J.S)

I have been here for a while now. The new management has been making improvements and changes in the last several months. They keep the residents regularly informed on maintenance schedules and new changes in advance and take care of these in a smooth and professional manner.

Hunt Club Apartments are the best-kept secret in Richmond. The grounds are well-kept and lovely, the maintenance is good, and the management is friendly. It's not the newest complex with all the bells and whistles, but it is such a nice place to live--especially for adults. Be sure to check this one out!!!

I moved into Hunt Club Apartments back in June of this year, and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. The office staff and maintenace are very helpful and pleasant. My neighbors are also kind and easy to get along with. I am very satisfied with my experience living here!

These apartments are under new management. New air conditioning, newly paved roads. Management is always very nice and helpful. Really nice place to live.

Hunt Club Apartments are really a great deal. All utilities included. Very spacious floorplan with lots of storage. Nice neighbors.

Just like any place you move into, maintenance issues may crop up and give you problems. The staff and management here take care to attend to your problems to get them fixed as soon as possible. I had trouble adjusting and figuring out the air conditioning. They were very prompt to send people to check and fix it. And they came to check if it was working again. I am happy with their service.

these apartments are old, out of date on the inside, roach infested, bed bugs no heat in the winter --no air in the summer and the current positive reviews were written by management

Since moving here, I have found the staff to be kind and courteous and helpful. The Manager takes special care and interest especially if you need to have an issue taken care of. She is excellent!

Recently moved here and it is a community with nice people and families that make it a safe place to live in. It is also quite convenient for your shopping needs and close to nice stores which are only a few minutes away.

I've lived in Hunt Club apartments almost 3yrs,.. and the old management was a joke!
Now that Drucker & Falk management has taken over the property, I've seen nothing but positive changes!
The office staff is very professional and welcoming... The maintenance staff continues to workz hard on improving the property.. Hunt Club has definitely become a more positive environment for families.. I'm extremely happy with the changes!!
