Ivy Walk is located right off Chippenham Parkway and Route 10, about 6 miles south of downtown Richmond. Meadowdale Shopping Center allows leaseholders to do some quick shopping and grab some Chinese, Italian, or fast food. The Meadowdale Library and Richmond Public Library are all within miles, making a great research or study location for middle schoolers, high schoolers, and collegiates attending any of the surrounding colleges. Although reviewers liked the spaciousness of the units, they warn that the building is old and needs constant maintenance, the new management is hard to interact with, and pest control is lacking.
