Tenants can take advantage of the historic location and learn more about the city by visiting the nearby Virginia Museum of Fine Arts or the Virginia Historical Society. For sports fans, the stadiums where the Richmond Kickers and Richmond Flying Squirrels are within miles of the apartment complex. Many reviewers liked the area and how close it is to Carytown, as well as the management staff. However, some reviewers complained about the noise levels in the apartments and a lack of cleanliness upon moving in to their units.
