Apartment Review for Pierce Arrow Properties

Moved out of the apartment in July and as Sept. 9, I still have not recieved deposit refund. I am told by the manager, Rodney, on Aug. 29th that a request for deposit had been put it and a check was sent out on Aug. 19th. I asked the check number but he could not give it to me. On Sept. 2, 2011 , Rodney gave me a check number and said the check was mailed from Pennsyvlania on Sept. 2nd. and that I should have it on Tues., Spept. 6th. As Sept. 8th, I still have not received the check.
I am getting the run around. This is no way to do business.

Do not rent from them. They do not take care of repairs such as air conditioning and heating in a timely manner.
