Apartment Reviews for Regency Lake - Richmond

Regency Lakes, formerly Park at Lakewood, is located right off the Chippenham Parkway and about an hour’s bus ride away from downtown Richmond. A shopping mall and Big Lots are less than a mile away from the apartment complex, which rests at the edge of a lake in the center of a residential area. Several colleges surround the property, including Virginia State University, which is 14 miles away. Although the area has a nice location, residents have complained of a bug infestation and slow responses from maintenance.
