If you do manage to actually get someone on the phone at the office prepare for indifference or occasional hostility. Now take a close look at the grounds and the interior hallways. Do they look like they are well maintained? Sound great? Then this apartment is for you. Don't let these criminals continue to get away this. Report them to the authorities and the Better Business Bureau. They steal from tenants because they believe it is too expensive to take them to court.
