This is a bogus review written by the staff of River City Real Estate. Similarly fake posts are all over the internet. The company is run by Charles Armstrong, the C.O.O., and his brother, who claims to be a leasing expert. You will not get a fair hearing from them. For another perspective on River City Real Estate, check out www.rcrava.org. It's the website for a renters group that was formed to combat the unprofessional and unethical behavior of RCRE.
