Apartment Review for Staples Mill Townhomes

Well, if you sleep well hearing gunshots - this might be the place to live. If you speak spanish - that's a plus. I was told by one of Henrico's finest not to come out of my apartment after dark(that made me feel warm and fuzzy). And that was about a week before someone shot through the door of an apartment in front of mine, I guess you shouldn't be IN your apartment either.

I paid my rent late one time(but before it went to court) and was told that my name would be removed from the list that was going to court, and now I have a judgement claim listed on my credit report...(it wasn't removed from the list, and now it's impossible to remove it from my record).

The management does NOT check criminal history's - they take the money and the Felons who can give it to them.I couldn't tell you how many people live in some of the apartments, sometimes as many as 14 (I've seen it), you see- one person with a valid green card get's the apartment and everybody jumping the MX border heads on in... They don't care about anything except how they can hook you and X you.

Take my advise and RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!
