Never had an issue with bugs, bad smells, or vagrants. The grounds and interior are brightly illuminated and relatively well-maintained. I had a leak in my roof for a while that took a LOT of active complaining on my part to get addressed but haven't had a problem since. Picking up packages can be hard if you don't get home before 5:30. Walls are somewhat thin, so your drunk obnoxious neighbors can easily be overheard, but security is responsive to noise complaints. Amenities are better than most other places but broken equipment takes a long time to fix. Freight elevator has been nonoperational for 3 weeks. Within easy walking distance of grocery, pharmacy, clubs, restaurants, and parks. Not far from the interstate/expressway and parking has never been a problem for me.
