Review for Lakewood Apartments

Ever wonder why there's such a high move-out rate with this apt complex? They'll tell you its because there's a lot of military. Well, there are a lot of military, but military personell is stationed for 3 year intervals. After 1 year of the contract, most people move. I'd say about 8 out of 10, unless you are desperate, which was me. I had to stay 2 years. My apt flooded from 2 apts above. They did nothing, i had mold and mildew growing in my closets and light fixtures. I had racial threats from other tenants. Is escalated to where this firefighter attacked us. The maintenance people don't fix anything and enter your apts when they please. We have found radios and tv's left on and things out of place. Food missing. Any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm trying to save as many people as I can. I suggest Vine Place and Stone Gate. Stone Gate is kind of pricey and Vine Place is just a little smaller but the staff is nice.
