Apartment Reviews for Bells Run Townhomes - Stafford

I’ve lived at Bells Run for a year. The units are great and the staff is excellent. The Townhomes are spacious and the community overall is kept up. My only reason for leaving was due to getting laid-off; otherwise, I would have extended my lease for another year.

We are not happy with the policy regarding breaking a lease with Military orders but the office staff (Brittany) has been very accommodating and willing to work with us to help ease our frustrations.

I have lived here since August 09 and this is a great place to live. The management is SO nice. Brittany is very understanding; when we first moved in I forgot to switch the water bill into our name, so she ended up getting the bill for the first 2 months we lived here. She would just send it on over to us with a request for us to switch the water bill. She also let me use her scanner and fax machine to apply for jobs. She is just pleasant to work with. The maintenance guy does a great job; when it snowed you could find him out plowing the street in the middle of the night!

The units are very nice. They are clean with a spacious living room and dining room. There is lots of storage space in the basement along with the washer and dryer they provide for you.

The kitchen is tiny, but manageable, and the main bathroom is a little cramped. My only other complaint is that there is no downstairs coat/linen closet.

Overall, this is a great place to live with a safe neighborhood, friendly management, and nice units!

The primary problem was the incompetent management. Change has been made, and I expect things to improve. Outside of this, the neighborhood is safe, and the maintenance team led by one (cant remember his name) do a fine job. School-There is a school bus stop at the entrance. Pets- No yards makes the units not pet-friendly. Recommend you stay on top of the management if you want to live here.

I have been here for some time and can see where frustration lies from the previous review but, things have changed. The Management needed changing and it happened, so everything else is falling in place...

I just heard that there is a new Manager and she has quite a bit of experience, so therefore, I am hoping that some things will change for the better. The Community itself is very nice and clean, well-maintained... I think they really just need new management, and it is happening.
