Apartment Reviews for Stonegate Apartments - Stafford

My wife and I moved here from California about 2 years ago. We checked out Stonegate first then went a little further south and found an apartment about $100 cheaper. BIG MISTSAKE. I guess we figured that having panic buttons and security alarms was a good thing....come to find out, this means you are moving into a dangerous community. After our lease was up, we sucked up the $100 and moved to Stonegate...what a differance! Their maintenance guys acutally do work, you don't have to worry about walking through the grass without getting a brown surprise on the bottom of you shoe, the ladies in the office are very nice. It was very nice to move in somewhere that wasn't missing toilet seats, blinds, the doork knobs are intact, and best of all the apartment looks and smells like no one ever lived here! I could go on and on all day but I think you get the point. If you are new to the area, just remember that paying a little more may be well worth your dollar. <P>
