Apartment Review for Vineplace Apartments

I've lived in the community for 5 years and been a perfect tenant. I've put in my notice to move due to the new parking policy which states that all visitors have to PURCHASE a pass to park here and can only obtain parking passes during office hours and they will not be issuing them on the weekends. So, basically, they are making it impossible and costly just to have a visitor. I feel this is unreasonable! <P>
