Review for Brittany Knoll Apartment

I've been here for 3 years now. Initially, things were great. Management was new and hadn't hit burn-out stage yet; needs were tended to quickly. As time went on, maintanence grew to nearly non-existant. And more... *In order to get assistance of any kind, written notice has to be issued via certified mail. *The parking spaces that were designated to me 3 years ago were recently changed because someone was unhappy...my lease, my designated parking area was "given" to someone else and my parking was moved almost down to the next apartment building *The once friendly manager is now just a maintanence guy with a bad attitude while management has been taken over by someone who's lacking (while he seems to be "trying")--an example is mistakenly giving out personal/private information of one tenant to another *My dishwasher's broke (has been for over a year) and so are a set of my mini blinds. I'd ask for help but don't have the time it takes to beg for it *Dogs are very problematic. I have bald spots right in front of my living room window where someone likes to take their dog for the morning pee-pee, as the owner looks through my livingroom window *Big dogs are apparently allowed, though the lease says they aren't. One recently got loose and attacked another dog who was on a leash, owner present. There was bloodshed. *The playground is regularly destroyed. While someone usually gets around to fixing it once a year or so, they make no effort to actually try to get up here when the vandalism is in progress after they've been notified. *There are some shady characters around here--some drugs and some thugs. Police are becoming more and more common. I hate it here. I can't wait until my lease expires.
