Apartment Review for Linden Park Apartments

living here is a NIGHTMARE...don't do it. you can find a much, much better apartment in roughly the same price range somewhere else. this place is a joke. walls/floors/ceilings are so thin you can hear your neighbors everytime they do anything. our baby wakes up screaming b/c it's so loud when the "elephant" upstairs is walking around. we've had two mandatory exterminations (where we have to empty ALL cupboards and i still see an occasional roach. people are loud, smoke in the stairwells, plus high crime in the area. not to mention there's at least one convicted child sex offender living in the complex. the buildings are built & maintained with the cheapest paint, fixtures, etc. money can be so everything breaks, stains, etc. horrible. there's no patio or deck and all the screens on the windows are ripped to shreds. i'm truly embarassed to call this place home and can't wait to get the **** out of there. oh, and management is a joke, too. the office smells like mildew (even though they try to make it look nice to lure in potential renters) and they even posted our rent payment to our neighbors account one month and put a late notice on our door for everyone to see! idiots. this place stinks, literally. we have been through **** living here and haven't had a decent night's sleep since the day we moved in...DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
