Apartment Review for Melrose Apartments

Well first off can we get rid of Erica from the front office. That might help a little. This is the first person you see then once you get in the attitude changes (no class). I moved in back in 02 when we moved in the staff was courteous and wanted to help that is when Mrs Frederick was at the head office and then she came into the office on property and once again when you called you did not get attitude like you were bothering someone. Now the prices are to high for what you get the floors are warped and slanted, it is like living in a fun house. The apartments need to washed down to get rid of the spiders and such. It seems they let just anyone live there...No job (check) NO class (check) You don't take care of your home (check) your in for sure. I don't get it. I know you can't discriminate but really NO JOB and you get a home. There is a car on my street today with a ticket on it an no one has come to tow it. REALLY! If I owned a home it would have been towed off the street. What can I say but we are moving soon. Tried to break the lease they wanted more for me to get out then when I moved in. I moved in for 200.00 they asked for 3700.00 in order for me to get out. This place has had so many mangers it is like changing underwear, but Erica still stays and she is the nastiest person I have ever met. I say keep the manager get rid of her, I find it unusual that with all the managers that place has had and she is still there....whoever is running it now better watch out she might get rid of you too.
