Renters may want to think twice before committing to Merrifield Village.

There is a serious problem with roaches. They seem to come from heating vents and plumbing. They have been discovered in every room within the apartment. Nothing seems to curb their frequency dispite many attempts at controlling the problem. It's a problem worth breaking the lease over.
