Postives:


-Proximity to Metro, shopping, Tysons Corner -Prompt maintenence staff -Parking adequate; rules strictly enforced.


Negatives:


-Major Roach, bug and mice infestation -Narrow kitchen with very little counter space; Old appliances. -Terrible insulation and atrocious utility bills (space heat) during winter. -Poor lay-out and shoddy construction
