Review for Mayfair Mews Apartments

Living at Mayfair Mews was like living in a beautiful nightmare.
The grounds were beautiful and spacious. Inside was a different story.

First of all, I moved in only after getting a promise from the management that they would put a deadbolt on the door.
After I stupidly signed the lease, my reminder of the deadbolt was met with snarls from them.

Even minor repairs were never done because the Manager would get nasty when I asked them to be done.

The mold in that place was horrendous, made me ill, and the A/C did not work. The manager lived on the premises and I found him creepy - always wandering about outside, watching, watching to see what you were up to.

Be advised that the flightpath for the local Navy jet base is directly over Mayfair Mews. One day I had a heart-stopping moment when I came home and found a several ton Navy jet
zooming right over our parking lot. The reason the jets sound like they are a few yards above your head at Mayfair Mews is because they ARE a few yards above your head!

The frosting on the cake was that they ripped me off for the deposit after I hired a professional carpet cleaner to clean the rug. I spent HOURS cleaning that place and they wouldn't refund my security deposit - they pocketed hundreds of dollars at my expense and only gave me part of it back.
