Amhurst apts is in the middle of repiping water lines.Raising rents to pay for work being done and lowering credit scores to fill empty units.New manager has been being trained for well over a year.Seems not to be able to grasp her job .HAS A REAL DIFFICULTY with people.Bad potty mouth. Crime has increased 4 fold.The management group Rose and Womble seems to look the other way due to the fast rent ups because of the fast money over low income renters.Renters BEWARE...
