Review for Brandywine Apartments

I recently moved here from Florida and knew nothing about this complex. We have lived here only a few months and not only do we hear gun shots often, but our neighbors are always partying and getting into fights. OUr appliances are very old and don't work very well. Our washer flooded leaving the carpets to have mold underneath and the apartment complex has yet to do anything about it. We can't wait for our lease to be up here, if only we knew about this website we probably wouldn't have moved here.
