Review for Brandywine Apartments

Although I'm no longer living here, I thought it was worth posting a review that would help others before going onto another apartment complex. I lived in a one bedroom model which included (or at least, mine did... not sure if that's a universal rule or not) a washer and dryer, as well as a washing machine. The only bills that you yourself had to front were for the rent itself, as well as electric and cable if you so elected to have it. I never had any real problems, except for maybe a small rodent issue. But that problem was quickly remedied, and I never had any further issues beyond that. Aside from some noisy neighbors below me (which were also overcome by being just as noisy myself), the apartment never had any glaring issues. You have a rudimentary car wash available to you just outside, mailbox is within close walking distance to any of the buildings, and the locale is rural, but not too rural. You're not far away from the Pembroke area and where everything actually happens in Virginia Beach. Plus, for those military types out there, the interstate is very close by and easily accessible. Others might have management issues, but I never visited the office (having been a military resident, I got an allotment set up). However, for the price and what you get, it's definitely worth it. I'd HIGHLY recommend this over the other two apartments I'd had minimal (and generally unpleasant) experiences with: Mariner's Cove and Chase Arbor. Someone DID get shot at Chase Arbor, after all. ;)
