Review for Brandywine Apartments

This is my very first apartment. The only thing I can complain about is the area. I usually don't feel safe at night walking to my apartment on the end. Maintenance is AMAZING! I absolutely adore both the maintenance men, they are always efficient and very timely. My washer needed to be replaced and it was done the next day! I've had very few issues with my apartment and there's never been any kind of problems that weren't solved the day of or the next day. Everyone knows you by name and are very friendly!

I believe that you get treated how you treat others and perhaps the people that didn't get along with the workers here didn't make the effort to be friendly. I've had absolutely no complaints! My carpet, blinds, stove, washer, dishwaser, fridge, counters, and fixtures were all brand new! I'm very impressed!
