Review for North Beach Apartments

We have lived at NB for about 5 months and everything seems to be fine. Other neighbors have complained about living on the 1st and 2nd floors - because the noise level is loud, however we live on the 3rd floor and it is very, very quiet there. My only disappointment is upon move in - the rooms were painted but were done haphazardly - there is a lot of paint on the wood trims which makes it look crappy and the blinds were very dirty and not replaced. Other than that, the appliances were new (dishwasher, w/d) and the carpet was clean and the apartment was very lovely. The price is high (about 1099 for 2 b/r, 2bth) but given what we saw when we were looking around - it is worth it.
