Review for North Beach Apartments

North Beach Apartments is in a great location. Plenty of things right around there. Pretty nice apartment. The model is obviously better. Upon move in I noticed that paint was not done with much effort. There was paint all over the trim and over light fixtures and splattered on doors. It had the typical wear and tear of an apartment which was expected. I experienced a maintainace problem shortly after move in which was fixed very promptly. Visitor parking is scarce so if you have people over for a weekend make sure they come in before 6 friday evening. The office staff has always been very kind. I have never had any problems with them. The noise sometimes can be a bother but for the most part it is ok. The 2b/1b is rather small but good for one couple. Not much cabinet space in kitchen. I really do enjoy living here. I havent run into any really bad problems!!
