Review for Ridgewood Club Apartments

well from the time i walked in the door i have always felt out of place in the apartment office i feel as im begging. the office ladies make you feel like you did something wrong just from there looks but once i got to where i did not care what they may be thinking it went ok 1st off it tock 3 weeks to get approved to move in which was way to long. 2nd they changed the deposit once i showed up to pay it.

but that was all small stuff for a nice cheap apartment in downtown virginia beach. the handymen are a little slow which i think is becouse of the main office not geting off there duffs to send the funds to fix the right things but when they have the right stuff to fix the problem they are so fast it will make your head spin(i think thats from being bored of waiting for parts)

parking is ok your lucky if you can find a spot close to your apartment unless you come home before 5 pm but there is still lots of parking but just not anywhere near your apartment

ladies in officer work with you about any issues you might have and try to fix them best they can

apartment is well cleaned and painted for move in and there are no left over smells but fresh paint when you move in other then that i find it to be a nice quiet place not much noise and no problems with loud or tennets
