Review for Ridgewood Club Apartments

I've lived in these apartments for a few years and I can't wait to get out. The majority of my problems are with the office. Talk about the dream job--these gals get off every conceivable holiday, the day before, and the day after. It seems like they never have to work; especially during those 1.5 to 2 hours taken for lunch everyday. Currently, my biggest problem is that the complex offers a small gift for lease renewal. The gift of choice is usually $100. For the last two renewal years I've waited two months to receive my check, and this year I had to inquire about it after two months had gone by. Half of my check was sitting in a desk drawer, and a mistake was made for the other half. Not only was I not apologized to, but inappropriate comments were made to me about it "only being a gift", as if that relieves this business from following through with a promise. Sorry guys, once a business offers a "gift", if becomes an obligation upon acceptance of that offer. Now it has been three months and two weeks since I renewed my lease, and I still haven't heard a word. I guess I'll have to subject myself to more condescending words in order to collect the rest of what IS owed.
