Review for The Pines Of Green Run Apartments

My husband and I moved here in August of 07 and I have to say after living here a year we are counting down the days until we move. Our carpet smells the whole place up and maintenance SUCKS. We get the same ones over and over again and they treat us like crap the have shut my bathroom down at least once a month since living here and when my husband confronted Kelly in the main office she hung up on him not wanting to listen to a thing he said. They even had the nerve of shutting our shower down for a whole day ( this time I was 8 months pregnant and my husband couldn’t shower for work). This one time my toiled started leaking crap from the bottom and it needed a part but the maintenance men scared their head called me a liar twice and then came back again and simply just bolted the toiled closer to the floor not replacing the part. Our balcony is VERY Scary the wood is rotten and they wont replace it. Our AC runs 24/7 not cooling our apartment at all its like 90 degrees almost every hot day and having a new born in the house makes this very unsafe. Just today a bunch of men living downstairs from us got busted by the cops for drugs and the guys living below us and beside us are so freaking noisy. This place makes me sick. Our kitchen Smells so freaking bad it makes you want to gag. When you call maintenance they come in your home acting all pissy and rude this place is the worst place to ever live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE
