Review for Belmont At York Apartments

Honestly, there is nothing luxury about this complex. The rent paid is not worth it, and they keep raising the rent for the garage and apartment. You can feel and hear people going up and down the stairs. You can hear when someone is flushing the toilet. Sure you have a pool, but the gym equipment is old, and needs to be bigger and upgraded.

It seems that the management is mostly concerned about money. What kind of place gives no grace period for rent? If it's not in by the first, your payment is late, and you get charged a fee. I went on vacation, and asked if it's alright if I pay when I get back. Guess what, no!

I can't wait to move out, and move to a place that's actually worth the money.
