If you are free of problems in your life, don't rent here.....mold problems left un-addressed and management response was to ignore this potentially dangerous problem. Other renters nearly burned the place down and this too was met with a collective shrug by management. No grace period AT ALL for rent- not even 2 minutes- no kidding. They're only after your money. Again, if your life is free of problems, rent almost anywhere else and keep it that way.
