Review for Yorktown Village Apartments

the apts are very, very rustic. There are no dishwashers, garbage disposals, laundry machines in the apt. yet the rent continues to go sky-high. When the waterfront was built up in Yorktown, the owners decided to increase the rent $100...and $50 then next year...insane. A lot of elderly people live in these apts that have lived here for years, it's very unfair to take advantage like that. There is a new maintenance person every six months or so, they never stay for long.
