The only negative thing is that parking sucks. I should have paid for a spot before they filled up. I was really nervous walking across the whole complex but then we moved apartments and I'm closer to the clubhouse and just park there. They are really working to make it better, though. (And they DO keep their promises)
It is brand new. Immaculate. Beautiful. I'm picky so SOME of the construction is crappy in my opinion but it's the builders fault. It's just little things here and there. Looks amazing though.
The staff is wonderful. Many know my name. I overheard the head maintenance guy on his cell phone once talking to one of the workers and he was very professional, wonderful, and telling the worker to help this tenant out NO MATTER WHAT IT TOOK! He said even if the tenant needs a new lightbulb to take care of them and help them out. I was super impressed with that and he didn't know I heard him. They have always been reliable with me the couple questions/issues I had. You are never a bother to them. They geniunely want to help you out.
They have a wonderful clubhouse, pool, workout facility and events for the tenants.
I don't hear noise except when I had a neighbor that threw parties.
I feel safe going out to my car.
Breaking your lease is INSANELY expensive. I never thought I would have to but I need to to move closer to Seattle. I am scared to death to rent another apartment after reading reviews on this site. We have been so spoiled by Belara!
*Come to Belara! It is more than worth it!*
