Review for Sammamish View Apartments

Sammamish View Apts is a fairly nice apt. complex, the outside is spacious and the grounds are well taken care of. The kitchen is dark because of the brown wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and dark faux tile floor. The contractor did not finish underneath the counter tops, and one cupboard is unfinished. There is plenty of cupboard space to use as storage. The washer and dryer is very old and cannot fit as much clothes in it as a more current version would. The worse experience I have come across is that they do not have enough covered parking to rent for $30.00, and on some days it is difficult to find open parking when you come home because it seems that everyone stays home in my building.
