Review for Maple Park Apartments

Our place was pretty decent, reallu clean when we moved in and looked well maintained. Only problems would be: noisy ceilings, and small WD. Problems with management were few but we didn't have many problems to complain to them to. We moved in to find a bees nest outside and it took them a while to fix it. When we complained about the mold that appeared on the windows and how my roommate had been sick possibly because of it, they said the maintenance guy looked at it and WE just had to clean it. And when we complained about neighbors throwing garbage off their balcony into our area I don't think anything was done. So they are lazy but if you are pretty low maintenance then you shouldn't have a problem, if you are nice to them then they will be nice back. Apartment could have more light too- one sliding glass door to light the living/ kitchen/ dinning area, so if you aren't facing the sun most of the day expect to have you lights on most of the day.
